Assesses the needs of maintaining and upgrading the buildings of the parish, formulates recommendations, sets goals, and evaluates proposals and work of outside contractors.  Handles extraordinary projects that arise in a campus the size of St. John’s.  Seeks members who are representative of a variety of “building” related professions and trades.
