Social Justice - Voices that Challenge

This ministry seeks to be “Voices That Challenge” by being leavens of the Gospel to their families, parish and community at large.  This will be done by providing educational resources,  promoting activities that  foster the right ordering of human relations and encouraging all to live a faith that does justice.

Our Social Justice Ministry receives a good number of ACTION ALERTS/UPDATES via email on current and proposed legislative activity concerning social justice issues.  They help us to keep abreast of the Church's interpretation of activity in light of Catholic Social Teaching.  We pass many of these on to our parishioners through the weekly corner and monthly insert.  If you would like to be added to an email address list to receive this information directly, please send an email to the parish secretary at parishsecretary@stjohnhillsdale.com
